Sunnyvale Medical Plaza is a two-story medical office building developed by Caddis on the campus of the 70-bed Texas Regional Medical Center. Caddis was called upon to provide a cost-effective on-campus facility that would support the expansion of existing hospital providers and aid in new physician recruitment. The project incorporates a large primary care group, urology group, pain management and multiple OB/GYN practices. Caddis’ commitment to providing value while maximizing the benefit to the physician practices allowed this project to facilitate an increase in practice efficiency, patient satisfaction, and patient volume.
